Gay Pride Celebration-Davie St. Block Party and at The Odyssey Friday Aug 1st 2008

OK, we knew this one was coming didn't we? Destineak
has been quite a staple in the gay community in the
last 5 years...What with Bobby's resident
drumming/DJ'ing gig on Fridays at the Odyssey, and
Destineak being showcased everywhere from the Odyssey,
to the Commodore for Rapture, and on the Gay Pride
float.
Now we are set to take on Davie St. by storm.
Every year, Vancouver blocks off Davie St. (at Burrard) to set up a stage where fantastic performers rock out the crowd...guess who's doing it this year?!!
We play from 7pm-9pm, and it is a Friday night, so you have no excuses not to come dance your asses off.
The show is absolutely free...so grab yourself a drink at the nearest beer garden...there will be many to choose from...and get your party on boys and girls!
We will then be moving on to play at The Odyssey that night. Get there early, as we already know it will be a mad packed house.
